Teammates

Invite teammates and manage Console roles.

The Teammates page manages who can access your Platform Console and which Applications they can work in.

Use this page to invite teammates, change roles, assign Application access, resend invitations, cancel invitations, or remove teammates.

Roles

ASC Editor Plugin uses three Console roles:

RoleAccess
OwnerFull access to the Platform Console and all Applications. The Owner is the asset owner and cannot be removed through normal teammate management.
AdminFull access to Console management and all Applications. Admins can manage Applications, teammates, settings, and Application access.
TeammateLimited access. Teammates can only work inside Applications assigned to them. They cannot manage Console-level teammates or settings.

Application access

Application access is managed at the Platform Console level.

Owner and Admin users can access all Applications by default.

Teammates have no Application access by default. After inviting a Teammate, assign one or more Applications to them.

Teammate list

The Teammates table shows all active and pending users in the Platform Console.

Invite a teammate

  1. Go to Platform Console > Teammates.
  2. Click Invite Teammate.
  3. Enter the teammate's email address.
  4. Select a role.
  5. Send the invitation.

If the invited user does not have an Account, they will be prompted to create one before joining the Console.

Assign Applications to a Teammate

Use Edit Access to assign Applications to a Teammate.

This is useful when a teammate should work only on specific products, customers, or environments.

Changing Application access does not affect the teammate's Account. It only changes what they can access inside this Platform Console.

Change a role

Owners and Admins can change a teammate between Admin and Teammate roles.

When changing an Admin to a Teammate, review Application access after saving. A Teammate should only keep the Applications they need.

Manage pending invitations

Pending invitations can be managed from the Teammates table.

ResendSends the invitation email again.
CancelRevokes the invitation. The invite link can no longer be used.

Remove a teammate

Removing a teammate revokes their access to the Platform Console and its Applications.

It does not delete their AuroraSendCloud Account. If the same Account has access to other Consoles or Workspaces, those access permissions are not affected.
