Usage
Monitor credit usage, API activity, request logs, and credit packs.
The Usage page shows credits, consumption, and billing-related usage for one Application.
Use it to understand how End Users consume AI and preview resources, how much credit remains, and whether usage is aligned with your plan.
Application credit pools
Credits are tracked at the Application level.
Common credit pools include:
| Credit pool | Used for |
|---|---|
| AI Credits | AI email generation, AI rewrite, and other AI-assisted features. |
| Inbox Preview Credits | Rendering and previewing emails across email clients and devices. |
Each pool can show:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Purchased | Credits added to the Application. |
| Allocated | Credits assigned to End Users. |
| Used | Credits consumed by End Users. |
| Remaining | Credits still available. |
| Expired | Credits that expired before use. |
Consumption overview
The consumption overview shows how credits are used over time.
Use it to monitor:
- AI feature usage.
- Inbox Preview usage.
- Spikes in activity.
- Remaining credit balance.
- Expired or exhausted credits.
End User allocation summary
The End User allocation summary shows how credits are distributed across End Users.
Use this section to answer:
- Which End Users have credits?
- Which End Users are close to running out?
- Which End Users consume the most credits?
- Whether additional allocation is needed.
To adjust allocation, go to End Users.
Request log
The request log shows recent API activity for the Application.
It can help you troubleshoot:
- Incorrect API paths.
- Authentication failures.
- Token and temporary code issues.
- Email creation or editor launch problems.
- Unexpected API volume.
Common fields include:

| Time | When the request happened. |
| Endpoint | API endpoint called. |
| End User | End User associated with the request, if available. |
| API Key | API key used for the request, if available. |
| Status | Request result or HTTP status. |
Billing records
Billing records summarize Application-level usage by billing period.
Use billing records to review:
- Monthly credit consumption.
- Expired credits.
- Total End User usage.
- Plan or package usage.
Invoices and payment records may be managed at the Platform Console level, depending on your commercial setup.
Export
If export is available, use it to download usage records for reporting or reconciliation.
Before exporting, select the relevant date range and usage type.
